This cake was a showstopper.  My boyfriend got it last minute for my birthday party but it was no less perfect.   Oksana is a true artist showcasing my cake with a beautifully crafted strawberry kiwi rose, crisp chocolate border and chocolate dragee trim. It looked like a lovely hat for a tea party. The cake was just as decadent inside as out with the perfect balance of light sweetness, liquor, creaminess, richness,  espresso, and cocoa. It was the crown jewel in a sea of cakes and desserts.
